Garages in homes are increasingly being targeted by thieves, because they are easy to break into and frequently filled with easy and profitable items to sell, such as bicycles, gardening tools, scooters and the cars themselves.
The system used to open the overhead doors of the garages is rather elementary and consists in making a hole in the sheet next to the lock, which allows to reach the internal release lever of the lock itself.
To prevent this from happening, we offer an accessory kit consisting of:
- lock with security cylinder
- armor defender to protect the lock
- thick anti-cut plate to avoid sheet metal tears near the lock
Everything is applied instead of the existing lock and does not involve welding works.
